Black Forest Chocolate Brownies
Required Ingredients:
3 cups butter
12 ea eggs (beaten)
5 1/4 cups brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups cocoa
3 cups AP flour
1 1/2 cups chopped sour cherries
Procedure:
Melt butter & cool. Mix eggs &
sugar, beat to ribbon stage, add
vanilla & melted butter. Sift in flour
in three stages. Fold in cherries.
Pour in to parchment lined &
greased hotel pan. Bake @ 325F
for 35-40 min. Should be set but
still quite moist in texture. Cool on
cookie rack until room temp.
Frost with white chocolate whipped
cream and fresh gala cherries.
